everything was fab for us! friendly n helpful staff all over. rooms were super clean with everythin we needed! my daughter loved the pool, pretty spot too. food at the bar was delicious, defo stay again!

only downside was breakfast could be hot-er. also, the dog friendly area was kinda awkward with our pup at brekfast.

I found them comfortable yet slightly dated compared to the rest of the hotel. On the practical side, accessing the elevator required navigating stairs, which could be cumbersome with prams or wheelchairs. street parking often meant dealing with wet belongings, as the hotel entrance was quite a trek from the car park.

stayed for 3 nights n the room was a good size with an awesome view of the river. amenities like the pool n jacuzzi were nice too, but the jacuzzi was kinda ehh. staff were super helpful n friendly, made everything easier. the new bar n lounge area is really chill for hangin out and eatin. location is perfect, right by the train station n close to kendal centre, loved it!
